Well The warm weather is upon us now. Despite the mortgage industries continual spiral of "disappearing programs", we as real estate professionals should be in a much better situation very soon. With Pre-Qualified home buyers representing very "clean and no questions asked" business as opposed to the "subprime fiasco" when you never really knew a deal was going to close until it actually closed.
With the property values stabilized and actually bumped back a bit, combined with the low interest rates we are going to be in a position to court very well qualified buyers who will be able to garner themselves a very good deal. Remember the more 20% down buyers you have, the better their situation is 5-7 years down the road when they decide to sell that property!
