Looks like a great place for an avid fisherman.  The homes showing in the link are quite well priced too.

I love these communities.  Great for home owners.  Great for the children to get to know the outdoors if they live in the city.

Love trout season, little too warm for them where we are now. I used to fish in a creek right in the middle of Philadelphia

Nice post Rick. As we know, the Poconos are a great place to live and raise a family. Our close proximity to NYC and Philly also make it a terrific area for a weekend getaway or vacation home.

I'm ready to go fishing myself.  A quiet day on the lake would be great right about now.

My husband grew up in PA and loved fishing.  In fact, he took my son out a few years ago, and the little one caught 22 fish (blue gills and pumpkin seeds) in one afternoon.

I drove through the Pocono's one time on the way to a field trail in PA, it was breathtaking.
