As of this writing the real estate market in Arrowhead Lakes has taken a big swing upward once again as this new 2009 Summer Season rolls forward! With 110 Active listings in the community it is actually bordering from a buyer to seller market as quite a few of the sellers have held their ground during the buyers market. There have been 19 closed listings in almost 5 Full Months of 2009 but fret not Arrowhead Owners as the 15 pending right now gives us all a sigh of optimistic relief!
